The Basics
Yes, we do. Besides the US, Canada, and Mexico, we also ship our products to select countries in Europe, Oceania, Asia, and the Middle East. We ship with UPS, DHL and FedEx. The transit time is 3-7 business days, excluding production time. Note that you may be responsible for import duty and tax.

We take pride in our product designs and quality. Many of our products are made to orders that we only keep a small inventory. In general, it takes 3-6 weeks to ship an order.
For orders within the US and Canada, we ship with FedEx. The transit time is 3-5 business days. For international orders, we ship with UPS. The transit time is 3-7 business days.
Yes, you can. For international orders only. You may find your shipping agent in your own country more cost-effective than our shipping price. If you are going to arrange your shipment, simply email the shipping label to us info@mcustomcycles.com. (info@mcustomcycles.com.)We will drop the package to your shipping agent. Please include this info in your email:
